Gift card FAQ

• Are your gift cards physical cards or e-cards? Our gift cards are delivered electronically/via email. You will not receive a physical gift card.

• Can I use a gift card and a coupon code together? Yes! In fact, we encourage you to do this and get the most bang for your buck!

• Does the gift card all have to be used in one purchase? Nope! You can use the balance of the gift card toward multiple purchases.

• Does the gift card ever expire? Nope--it can be used anytime, and it does not expire.

• What if I want to purchase a gift card for a friend? Easy peasy! Once you check out, you'll receive an email with a code and instructions to redeem the gift card. Just forward your friend that email!

• I want to buy a gift card, but I'm not in the U.S. / I want to send a gift card to a friend who's not in the U.S. Is this possible? Absolutely! The gift card recipient will have plenty of things to choose from, as most of our products ship worldwide. Plus, our per-order shipping fee for non-U.S. orders is just $1.50--so you can rest assured that there won't be a large shipping fee tacked on.
