Commercial License

If you'd like to use the custom digital artwork I created for you for any business purpose (like a logo, shop branding, or products you intend to sell), you must add a Commercial License to your order. 

Purchasing a Commercial License gives you the right to use the artwork I created for business-related purposes and/or profit.

The following rules apply to a Commercial License:

• The license is not exclusive. I, the artist (Nikki Hess), retain the right to show this artwork in my portfolio and in marketing/advertising collateral.
• You can't sub-license the artwork. You can't sell any of the digital files I created for you to other people or entities.
• This Commercial License applies to one digital artwork design only. If you purchase multiple designs from me and want to use all of them for commercial purposes, you must purchase a separate Commercial License for each.
